About Hawthorne Institute of Martial Arts
Hawthorne Institute of Martial Arts (HIMA) has been offering instruction and training in martial arts since 1996. They have produced champions in life as well as in the martial arts.
Headed by Frank Giglio (5th Degree Black Belt) and a staff of expert instructors, including James Nienhouse, Simon Sherfer and Nicole Pitea, HIMA offers instruction in martial arts and programs for physical fitness, including Renaissance Wrestling.
We offer programs for children as young as 4 years of age and for adults as well.
